Anywhere: Shingles, or herpes zoster, can appear anywhere; severe, disseminated cases appear over wide areas of distribution.  Yes, you can get shingles that manifest in your mouth.

Yes: The virus that caused shingles (varicella zoster virus) can be passed to another person who never had chicken pox if that person contacts the active blisters in your mouth.

Possible: Intraoral zoster is uncommon, but may produce a sharp unilateral distribution (trigeminal v3) of lesions. No intraoral prodromal symptoms occur. The lesion is very similar to herpes virus infections.

Perioral Dermatitis: Shingles does not occur around the mouth but perioral dermatitis does.Perioral dermatitis is a skin disorder in which tiny red bumps form around the mouth and is considered a form of acne and is more common in women. Sodium sulfacetamide works well for this condition.  Sometimes oral antibiotics are needed.

Not likely: shingles is zoster from having had the chicken pox. It is not transferred like that. If you put some kind of topical medicine on the sores you may have transferred the medicine and have had a reaction to that med.

Herpes, not zoster: You may have a different herpes virus, called simplex, not zoster (the one that causes chicken pox). Other viruses besides herpes simplex can be widely disseminated. Allergic reactions are a less likely possibility. See a dermatologist.

Shingles: Is not likely related to oral sex one month ago.  If you are worried about hiv, get tested!

Post herpetic: Neuralgic pain can be difficult to treat,pain causes BP to rise,seek pain management and try to avoid opiates.

Antiviral: You could try an over the counter medication such as abreva as soon as the symptoms start, another option given that you have frequent outbreaks may be a preventive medication, you should speak to your doctor about it.

Change antiviral?: You cannot get rid of the virus that causes chicken pox and also shingles - varicella zoster.  Would be odd, but not impossible, to have shingles on face and pubic area. May be another virus. Liquid from oozing lesions can be tested to see what virus it is.
