Uncertain: Shaky from anxiety would be due to uneasy and vague sensations, not always linked to a physical situation, and usually worse at rest.   Shaky muscles without twitch or tremor usually occurs with fatigue and improves with rest  cardiac palpations (chest pounding) are quite another matter and need a visit to your physician.

Don't shave delicate: Tissue.Insure you use fresh, sharp blades vice dull blades. If hair is &gt; several mm long – then trim before shaving. Wash area before shaving – warm water helps to soften hair. Use a lubricant when shaving. Avoid using products that contain alcohol or are scented.  Shave in direction of the hair – not against it. Be gentle when shaving – don’t push down too hard. Moisturize skin after shaving.

Tatagra?: I was unable to figure out what drug "tatagra" is when I looked in www.drugs.com which includes most medications available worldwide. I believe you refer to "tadalafil" which is used to treat erectile dysfunction (http://www.drugs.com/tadalafil.html). Regardless, most pharmacies in the States label oral drugs as expiring after 1 year, presumably under cool dry conditions.

Changing rituals: Shaving body parts as a cultural or individual method of expression goes back centuries. The egyptians recorded many such patterns in stone carvings.Currently many males & females strip various body surfaces of their natural hair growth. I occasionally see some embarrassed kids for hair follicle infections brought about by the process.I'm sure it will change again in the future.

No such thing: I have never heard of shaky vision.  There is a condition called nystagmus where the eyes rotate or move back and forth when awake.
