Muscular Pain: It seems you have pain in the muscles either due to strained muscles or an inflammation in the muscles.You need to take a combination of non steroidal pain medication arond the clock like naprisyn 500 mgm twicw a day or Ibuprofen 400 mgm every six hours.And muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprin 3 times a day.
So check with your doctor and find out exactly what you need.

: With your excellent description ,at this time I suspect that there is an irritable/mildly inflamed superficial nerve that will eventually quiet down. If you still have concerns, see your MD or a neurologist for evaluation and advice.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, however, what you described does not suggest a serious issue and is probably related to muscles. Exercise my help in loosening the muscles.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Possibly: What your describing could be due to nerve impingement in your spine, or narrowing of the spinal canal where the spinal cord is located.  I suspect your scoliosis might be a factor, but many people have similar symptoms without scoliosis.  Best to discuss this with a back specialist.  Ask your family doctor first and see if a referral is indicated.

Not stroke: Pl relax, as stroke symptoms are quite different including numbness, tinglings, light headedness and inability to mover certain parts of body. You may have some cellulitis or local inflammation over scalp which needs to be checked by your doctor or urgent care.

Unusual symptoms: Kidney infections are usually associated with lower urinary tract symtoms such as stinging with urination, urinary frequency and pain or discomport above the pubic bone and well below the umbilicus. Plus tenderness over the kidneys when tapping over the lower ribs at the back. Diarrhea and vomiting is usually associated with bowel issues. Was your urine tested for infection. ? Bowel problem + uti.
