Adhesion: It could be an adhesion from the tubal ligation, but that is simply a guess as it is common after surgery. See the GYN MD who did the tubal and be examined for a better answer.

Blood in bowel: if you are having blood in stool as well as pain please be evaluated in ER . May be diverticulitis, colitis  or mass. Hemorrhoids usually do not cause pelvic pain. You need imaging. F/u in ER today.

Need more info: The cause of the pain could be related to the urinary tract, the gastrointestinal system or the reproductive system. A more detailed history of the intensity, frequency, association with other symptoms, progression of symptoms and phyical exam will help narrow down the causes so that if diagnostic workup is needed it will be more specific.

Check with doc: It is certainly expected to have discomforts in the last few weeks of pregnancy. If it is mild you may have round ligament pain or other normal discomforts of pregnancy. If the pain is severe or if you are having contractions you need to be seen by your doctor.
