These pains: Are actually being interpreted in the brain and not arising from any specific cause in the body.  By far and away the commoners cause is poor diet, particularly the sweets and sweeteners.

Pleurisy: This could be something called pleurisy.  It often happens after a chest infection like a cold.  As the inflammation dies down, fluid is recycled back into your body.  This process causes pressure and retraction on the muscles and connective tissue which is made worse on deep breaths. Try some ibuprofen, aleve, or tylenol (acetaminophen).

Yes: It would be a good idea to see a doctor for a breast exam and get a referral for either a mammogram or breast ultrasound
