Watch your symptoms : I will watch my symptoms for 24 hour ,use heating pad and also tyelonol extra strength,if you donot feel better see your obgyn for further evaluation

Ovary: Chances are you having either ovarian cyst or chronic sub clinical appendicitis (with diarrhea you indicated). You need to see your md for examination.

is it possible that a pinched nerve can cause pain in the pubic bone area? like a small sharp pain comes & goes. also n thighs/pelvic & lumbar region

Yes: Nerve issues from the spine or the hip area cam radiate to the groin.

Unsure: Could be several things.  If it is severe or persists more than several hours then you should be evaluated.  Sorry but the list of possible causes is long.  With any type of abdominal/pelvic pain, best to be seen.  If any fevers, vomiting, diarrhea, sudden worsening of pain, please be seen right away.  Sorry this was not more helpful. Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Endometriosis is certainly one possibility but there are many others.

what could cause shooting sharp burning pain up the vagina and into the pubic bone area after having a poo. happens acutely every so often. (not after every poo) no sti/std possible but do have endometriosis but had that for years?

Check urine.: This may be the beginning of a urinary bladder infection.  Increase your fluids, be sure of complete emptying of your bladder when you urinate.  I would suggest some cranberry juice daily.  Follow up with PCP for confirmation.

Do a pregnancy test: In the next day or two. It can mean anything at all or it can mean nothing, adnexal pain is very non-specific. A sensitive pregnancy test will give you an answer in most cases.
