See your  MD: Your pains  may be  as  simple  as  a bladder infection or as  complex as  an ovarian cyst  or  endometriosis.  Your symptom merit  a  physical exam  and probably an ultrasound.

Find reason: Imo one reason for females to have abdominal, pelvic & rectal pain with sex is chronic laxity of sacroiliac joints arousing presacral nerve stimulation.  Joint hypermobility syndrome and/or mechanical pelvic injury (oft multiple births) can cause joint laxity; as can hormone relaxin released during menses. Missionary position can arouse pain from pelvic torsion. Spooning might be more comfortable.

Where in your abdomen (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort?  Duration pain lasts?  Is pain deep or superficial?  Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms? Ur doc will need this info 2 help.

IBS: A twenties female with intermittent cramping abdominal pain must be considered for IBS. Information about loose stools and/or constipation would help provide insight.  A gastroenterologist can diagnose.

Water and juices up to 1.5 liters daily, fiber tablets, laxatives (milk of magnesium or miralax), stool softeners, probiotics, and walking are all non-prescription things you can use for your bowel regimen. If you have fever or vomiting, get evaluated.
