TMJ Syndrome: Could be TMJ syndrome due to pain coming from the temperomandibular joint.  Also might be trigeminal neuralgia caused by irritation in the trigeminal nerve.  Your doctor may be able to differentiate these from other possible causes with appropriate examination.

Need to check for cerebral masses and aneurysm or idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Its important to have your head scanned before a lumbar puncture to check baseline spinal fluid pressure is attempted to exclude a mass. A good neuro exam, eye exam and BP assessment should be done first.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See doctor: I appears that you have a infection (likely staph) which needs to be treated by a doctor. If you don't have one, go to the ER before this spreads further. Perhaps you can get some help on your meth addiction as well even though I don't believe these two events are related (unless you have been injecting the material).
