i have sharp pain like someones stabbing me with needles in both sides of my stomach could it be the baby the way its laying or something worse?

Need more info: How far along are you in the pregnancy?  Is the pain up high in the stomach area or down in the uterus/pelvis area?  Are there other symptoms - nausea, diarrhea, urinary problems?  Severe pain of any kind during pregnancy should be checked out by your OB.

i have been getting pain to just my left side over my heart, can this be a heart problem? it feels like a sharp pain, like needles then it goes away.

Yes: Anytime you have sharp chest pain, you should see a doctor.  I don't know you health, but certainly heart problems can occur in your age group.   See your pcp and get your heart checked.  But might be heartburn, stomach pain, lung problem, esophagus problem, but it also might be your heart.

Needle like pain: Your description sounds like a misdirected eyelash or a foreign body in the eye.  You should see your eye doctor for further evaluation.

Parathesias on ear: Could be irritation of facial nerve. did you have chicken pox? Seems  like an subclinical case of shingles or just facial nerve irritation . May have a small neuroma that is possibly causing the pain as well  .Discuss with  ENT

Chest wall pain: Your symptoms are likely coming from your chest wall. Heart pain is usually in the center of the chest and is more often described with a clenched fist or with words like heaviness/tightness/pressure/burning or "like an elephant sitting on my chest". Heart pain is constant, not pulsating, and not located in one small area you can point to with one finger. It is not sharp, stabbing or needle like.

three weeks ago i had cyst removed by my elbow other side by joint   since surgery i been having burning and now sharp needle pains in my wrist  why?

Nerve irritation: It could be that one of the nerves near your elbow was irritated during surgery, this can take a while to heal, i recommend you follow up with the surgeon. Good luck!
