Anti-inflammatory: Sharp neck pain usually comes from a degenerative joint or disc in the neck.  Sometimes it's from a muscle strain or sprain.  Early treatment options include a short course of nsaids (advil, aleve), gentle massage, moist heat, and focusing on posture.  If pain lasts greater than 2 weeks see your physician.

Muscle spasm: Most likely this represents muscle spasm, very common in people under a lot of stress, or who keep the neck in a fixed position too long, or who have structural spinal problems. This can be relieved by daily stretches, avoid prolong or awkward neck postures and learning to reduce stress.

Fluroxtine  effects: Discuss with your doctor, it may not be the drug for you and they could try others.  Nausea, myoclonus, balance bruxism ( teeth grinding), buccalglossal syndrome,gastritis  has been reported and some of these can cause unusual muscle pains.

: The pain may be due to inflamed lymph nodes that are swollen and tender from removing the debris and bacteria left over from the sinus infection. They should go down in a week or so. If the pain persists or worsens, you should see your Dr for a full exam and treatment.

Acute Eye Ear Neck: Blurry vision is an issue especially if you have not experienced this before &amp; IF it is STILL continuing as you read this.  Please have the source of the blurred vision PHYSICALLY checked out. tonight. Had you not included this vision info,  then I would have been suspicious of your upper cervical facet joints causing acute dull pain in the left side of  your neck with radiation into your ear.

Neck pain and x-ray: Likely slept in the wrong position, if this is the first time would just take some over the counter pain meds and it should resolve. If it persists then would see your primary care md.
