Muscle fatigue: Sex can be very physically demanding. Whatever position you choose, your legs are going to have a lot of work to do, either by supporting you or holding them open or up etc. The prolonged exertion can cause your muscles to tremble. Dehydration makes it worse. Over time, with practice, you "get in shape" and the problem usually resolves without treatment. If you are used to long sex, take a break!

Ligament: This is a common area where inguinal ligament strains cause that kind of discomfort. If the ligament is strained, it would take a week or so of avoiding stress on the groin for healing to occur.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Pelvic inflammatory disease may be an explanation. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist.

You need a doctor: It is impossible to answer your question without examining your husband. The problem could be vascular or muscle cramps. You need to consult a doctor to have this evaluated.

Not typically: numbness needs to be evaluated. While spasm decreases blood flow to muscle and occasionally surrounding tissue, any permanent injury remains rare. See a neurologist or PMR doc for full eval. It is also possible that your sexual position resulted in a pinched nerve, exclusive of the spasm.

Slow down: many factors may be at play: "trying too hard". inadequate hydration, position. duration,stress, tension, anxiety etc. Try this: spend 15-20 minutes on slow foreplay to the point of "almost orgasm", then back off and start over again. I suggest a physical exam to check electrolytes, calcium and magnesium.

See answer : On the basis of the history you provided, it is more likely that any erectile dysfunction in your situation would be related directly to the "nerve" problem rather than an effect of the nerves on the blood flow. Nerve-related pain affecting the legs often arises from the lower back which is the same location where the nerves controlling erections arise from. There may be other factors as well.

why do i get heartburn/acid reflux during sex when my legs are up and pushing on my stomach? this only just recently started happening.

Pressure: The position you describe would increase  intraabdominal pressure. That pressure is apparently enough to push some of the stomach acid into the esophagus and cause  your symptoms.

Testis pain: Most cases of pain in the testicle will resolve on their own.  I would see your primary care doctor to make sure you don't have an infection first.  A scrotal ultrasound may also be helpful.  I would advise that if your symptoms persist longer than three months, you should probably see an urologist.
