Nearly Zero: There is such little risk from this even that i would advise two things. First, do not panic. Second. If you are panicking, or need to confirm this simple fact, then please go get tested. After fourteen days, the HIV RNA test is likely to give you a valid and accurate answer.

Herpes: Herpes can be on perineum as well as on vagina or penis. So using a condom does not always fully protect against herpes. If you think you have contracted it please get checked.

: If the condom was properly used (no contact before or after) and did not break wide open, the chance of any infection is extremely low and testing is optional. If you decide on testing anyway, it depends on whether you were the insertive (top) or receptive (bottom) partner. The exposed site(s) could be tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, plus blood tests (in a few weeks) for HIV and syphilis.

Difficult to say: Unfortunately there is limited data to suggest exactly what the odds are of you contracting an STD when having sex with a stranger.  But you can decrease your chances by best practicing safe sex, including condom(male/female) and/or dental dams etc to prevent direct skin to skin, skin to mucous membran or mucous membrane to mucous membrane contact.  You can still readily get a STD from a friend ..

HIV prevention: In the US, even among the most sexually active women, the chance of HIV is low, usually under 1 chance in a thousand. If she is at special risk (e.g. injection drug user, commercial sex work) and the event was less than 3 days ago, see a doctor to discuss post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) with anti-HIV drugs. Or contact your partner and ask her to be tested; if HIV negative, you're home free.

The : The only way to eliminate any possiblity of contracting an std is abstinence.  Std testing will provide medical and psychological reassurance that you are finel.  Repeat testing 2-3 months later may also be recommended for greater accuracy.
