Very unlikely.: Having intercourse two days after your period is very unlikely to result in a pregnancy.  Condoms are a good method to prevent std but do have a higher failure rate than many other birth control options that are currently available.  Consider discussing your options with your health care provider.

Not likely: Over-the-counter pregnancy tests are very accurate. Generally, if you conceived more than 14 days ago, the pregnancy test will be positive. If you had intercourse less than two weeks ago, then you will need to repeat the test when it has been at least two weeks. Emergency contraception can cause irregular bleeding, early or late periods, so don't worry about that.

No, if I understand: If you have unprotected sex 12 days before ovulation you can absolutely not become pregnant. If you are not 100% certain of "when" your ovulation is, then of course this doesn't apply.

A person can't tell: Wait. A positive pregnancy test can tell a woman that PRIOR spotting was actually implantation spotting. It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period.

Pregnant?: There is always a "chance" of pregnancy using a condom, especially if your partner entered you without a condom at first and then put one on. If your period is usually regular, get a serum HCG test from your healthcare provider, which is very accurate.

Your hormones are in: .. flux for some reason, so hang on for the ride.  Irregular periods and spotting could mean you may have some hormonal imbalance that could be affected by many different factors, not the least of which could be your implanon.  They are supposed to last for 3 years continuously -- but sometimes that doesn't happen.  Talk to your GYN about your irregularity and check a preg test while you are at it

Probably just a: different period. Consider that it is unlikely that you are pregnant. If you relate the hx correctly then I doubt you are pregnant. Wait another week and do a pregnancy test. If negative it is very unlikely that you are pregnant.

Probably not: The symptoms and the timing suggest that you are ovulating now or getting ready to ovulate in the next day or so.  If you miss your next period, check a pregnancy test. If the test is negative or you get your period, keep a calendar of any symptoms so you can discuss with your doctor if they keep happening.
