I did. No problem.: You miss out on potentially devastating stds, feel you are in control, ie not risking pregnancy, and statistics show you are more likely to have a stable marriage.  Sex for teens happens, but for no good reasons.

While Health Tap is: a medical app, I'll offer an opinion.  Typically, guys use "love" to get sex, while woman may seek sex to feel loved.  Clearly, love is what you want the most from your Ex .  If, and only if, you agree to forgive him and he promises to be faithful, should you get back with him.  Waking up after sex with a guy who doesn't love you is a lonely experience.  My best to you. Pills: Sounds like you should consider a different birth control method that requires less remembering. Consider an  iud. Check a pregnancy test if you miss your next cycle.

Double 1 day: just double uo on 1 day only- it may cause some spotting or staining; however, you won't have to be concerned.

Am assuming that: by the term "protected sex" you mean that a condom was used.  The chance of becoming pregnant with this scenario is very low. Take your birth control pills at the same time each day and that will make it easier to remember.

Carelessness: If you don't mind the chance of pregnancy this may be alright - a way to have a surprise. But, if you do mind, this is not good. Talk with your doctor about alternative birth control for forgetful or careless women. There are a wide variety to choose from and each has pros and cons. One may make it easier for you to be responsible about your lifestyle. Best!

What shot ?:   I suggest you explain you problems in detail to an OB and have a thorough physical exam to get a better idea of the issues and get a diagnosis. Spotting can happen anytime in the menstrual cycle and if light can be normal occurrence. If the spotting is heavy, see your OB as soon as possible

Missed pills: Well sprintec is a generic and what i tell my patients is more than one pill missed per cycle may mean a pregnancy more likely.  I would check a pregnancy test.

Usually stress: does this. Other causes would be change in weight, excessive exercise, an illness, climate change, taking certain medications etc.
