Test for what?: If it stool examination for ova and parasites, it will not have any effect. If the stool is being tested for occult blood, then it is likely to result in a positive test, that could be false positive.

The green stool either due to your diet or fast transit time in the bowel so there is little time  for the bacterias in the bowel to break down the bile.

Go to hospital: You may have an anal fissure, tear, or other problem.  You should go to the hospital to make sure you don't get continued bleeding, infection, or other complications.  It doesn't matter if they suspect.  You should actually tell them how it started/happened since it will help in the diagnosis & treatment.  The doctors there aren't going to judge - they're there to get you better & advise you.

Not necessarily: Sometimes when  a person feels exceptionally stressed it can impact their bowel movements.  I don't know if you had protected or unprotected sex or how well you knew your partner.  However, because some sexually transmitted diseases can be 'silent', if you are concerned about a std, you can be evaluated by your physician or at an std clinic. Take care.

Several reasons!: First of all, you have had vigorous activity stimulating your rectum, which increases peristalsis of your colon. Second, you may have retained semen. If you enjoy the activity, make sure you and partner are very well lubircated and your male companion is wearing a condom.
