Minimal: Pregnancy has been documented from exposure on any day of a woman's cycle, including during menses. That said, in women with regular cycles, fertility is most likely mid cycle, while those with irregular cycles are unpredictable.It does only take one sperm to establish pregnancy, but the episode you describe appears to have minimal risk.

Try again: You always have to rule out pregnancy.  Get a home pregnancy test.  They should turn positive about the time you're a week late.  If it's negative, repeat it and call your doctor.

Probably.: If you have a 28 day cycle, you ovulated on cycle day 14, so you should be OK. The problem is, though, you can only determine the day of ovulation by counting back from the next period, so there is always the chance of a delay in ovulation. Chances are, however, if you are always regular, you should be safe at this time.
