Exertional migraine: Some with migraine have them precipitated by strenuous activity or sex.  Speak to your doctor for suggestions and include taking Aspirin before sexual activity.

No, it is sexual HA: As the name implies, there are usually no positive medical findings. The sexual /orgasmic headache, may inconsistently occur as a very intense pain prior to or during orgasm. An aneurysm primarily asymptomatic, however, continuous headache may develop later, regardless of sex activity. See orofacial pain or headache specialist for diagnosis and management.

See your doctor: Although there is a possibility that you may have contracted something while having unprotected sex, the good news is that most things are easily treated with antibiotics.  You really need to be seen by a physician asap.

Birth control: Take a pregnancy test. Although it is more likely that your period is delayed, it is important to be sure so get a home pregnancy test. They are very accurate. In the future, get some protection if you do not  want to get pregnant or a sexually transmitted disease.

Time to see doctor: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause.Since you missed  more than two periods it istime to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

No.: As far as i know, the only thing sex "cures" is not having any children.  There shouldn't be any connection to headaches.

Can be common: Both men and women can experience headaches with sex, though it is more common in men.  The vast majority of the time they are not serious, though I would recommend an evaluation with his doctor to rule out more serious causes.

May be not serious: Some people get a dull headache which comes during and after sex 
sometimes you may get headaches during or after the orgasm
these may not be serious most of the time but sometimes may be related to weakness in the blood vessels in the brain and that can be diagnosed on a cat scan examination.
