Growing up : Sex is tough. Then there are the social and cultural stuff that goes with being dig preferment than your neighbors. Here are a couple books: "Loving Someone Gay" by Don Clark. Or: "The a Joy Of Gay Sex".

Yes - saddle sores: Spending hours perched on a bicycle seat is likely to leave your groin sore & numb.  It's hard to enjoy sex if your privates are tender or have no feeling.

Possibly psychologic: Would first reduce frequency of masturbation, if being attempted every day or multiple times per day. Hopefully this would not occur when you are with a partner. Normal for penis to soften immediately after ejaculation. Worrying about ED is inteself one of commonest cause of ED. Suggest consult sex therapist if reducing frequency doesn't help plus you can't stop worrying about it.

ED Medication: Viagra, levitra, (vardenafil) and Cialis are all three very safe medications to help the male get and maintain a firm erection.  They should not be used if a person has any heart condition requiring treatment with nitrates. If you have significant medical problems it would be best to talk this over with your doctor.

have a trial of 25mg sildenafil, scared of priapism. usually no trouble with ed solo but have never been able to properly have sex due to ed since i was 16.. is the risk even worth trying the pill? slightly overweight (57 180) but otherwise healthy?
