As long as it is comfortable enough for both people, one can have sex throughout her pregnancy.  Having intercourse and orgasms is fine as long as the pregnancy is going well.  It is also important psychologically for both people.

Yes, safe: Yes, it's perfectly safe.  Your cervix has a thick mucus plug that prevents entry to pathologic agents.  It also prevents sperm from getting in.  Sperm left inside the vagina die within a matter of  a few hours due to the acidic nature of that environment.

Don't worry (yet): Masturbation for a woman will not affect becoming pregnant but a man masturbating often might lower his sperm count reducing the chance of pregnancy. It takes the average couple 6 months to become pregnant, meaning half the time it takes longer. Don't worry unless a year goes by without conceiving. If that happens see a doctor (your husband too)-also consider herbs like rhodiola and ashwagandha.

Yes to both: if you are 12 months pregnant, then you are an elephant.  hopefully you are 12 weeks pregnant. sexual activity is fine unless you are having complications

Prob ok: You are probably ok. Even if you ovulate, the pill will do other things to decrease the chance of pregnancy, like thicken the cervical mucous and alter the endometrial lining to prevent implantation.
