2. Unless you're pregnant it's most likely nothing to worry about. Don't have sex for a few days.

Semen allergy: It appears that you have become allergic to semen. 
The options:  Always use condom  or see an allergist to get desensitized to semen (but will require sex 2x week to maintained the desensitized state - good or bad depends on your viewpoint).

Infection?: It is possible that you have a cervicitis or vaginitis (infection) Sometimes the hormones in the birth control can cause changes in the cervix that make it more likely to bleed with sex or tampons.  It may be that you need a check to determine the exact cause and treatment.

Mild Trauma: during intercourse is very common. The labial tissues and perineum are delicate and tiny tears are caused by stretching to accommodate the penis. Lubrication is very important for intercourse to be enjoyed by both parties.

It is possible: You should take a pregnancy test. It is possible to skip a period for several reasons, including stress.  The light bleeding...Was it immediately after sex? Is it continuing? This could be an irregular period if it continues. Which may indicate pregnancy. You should see your doctor.
