Yes: You may have sex when you feel ready.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Torsion: Follow the advise of your surgeon. Take at least a week or two off.

After 48 hours: Assuming that the surgery was unremarkable, that there was no infection and the wound was closed with stitches or staples, then you need only 48 hours before the dressing can come off.  You may shower but should not bathe.  Patients often keep a dressing tucked in their underwear to prevent the underwear from rubbing against the incision, or to catch any drainage that may seep from the incision.

: I assume that after 3 months you have healed well enough to pursue any of the activities of daily life, including sex, in whatever form you like. The person who did the procedure would have a better position to know, but at 3 months out I think its safe.

Normal : The normal vascular and neurological complexes are still there. The stitches probably  helped the  deep layers attach giving support also.

Comfort: You will have some level of discomfort, which will diminish exponentially in a few days after surgery. The testicle is moveable to some degree, but should not rotate.

Stop the medication: Do you HAV e an infection post surgery -other wise stop the medication if no infection.
