Yes: After two weeks you might still expect some sensitivity- sometimes we would tell you to wait a little bit longer to decrease your chances of infection and to give you some time to heal. If you are uncomfortable I might wait a little longer to have sex again.

Anal Sex: Normal: This common sexual practice is used for many reasons including the situation you cite.  Anal sex is also used in many cultures to preserve the hymen, and thus protect the "virginity' of the female partner. It can be a fun and powerful exercise to add to your sexual play.
It takes some practice to get it right. I often recommend "the joy of sex" as an instruction manual to learn how to play safely.

Infection and safety: Initially, pretty much while you are still bleeding and discharging, you are risking an infection.  Beyond that you want to be certain that everything has passed and is back to normal.  If you were to get pregnant again immediately afterwards the situation not only could be confusing but your risks of another miscarriage are probably increased.

Period soon: Your period is often not a month after your miscarriage. It may be more like 6 weeks sometimes. It will probably come soon.

When to test: No. You would be wasting money on a test that would not in any way be valid. You must wait long enough for a new pregnancy to manifest, grow and to be sharing blood and chemicals with your body.  That means if your next expected period does not arrive then that will be when you should next test.

Sorry for your loss!: Sorry to hear about your miscarriage.  How long to wait after the miscarriage to have sex depends somewhat on whether or not you required a d&c, so i would recommend talking to your obgyn.  I typically recommend that patients have 1-2 normal cycles after miscarriage before trying to conceive again.  If you are thinking of trying again soon, i would advise staying on prenatal vitamins.
