Maybe: a toxic gas can cause inflammation of the surface of the eye which can cause blurred vision.  It should be reversible though.

Probably not HIV: Intestinal gas (belching, farting, intestinal rumbling) has many causes -- infections, diet, and others -- but HIV isn't among them. Also, at age 18 the chance of a new HIV infection probably is low.  Regardless of symptoms, if you think you are at risk for HIV (unprotected sex, multiple partners, shared injection equipment, etc) see a doctor or clinic to evaluate risk and check for HIV and STDs.

Probably not: Most exposure to this chemical occurs in swimming pools which always emit a little chlorine.  The effect is to irritate and redden the eyes but will not cause permanent change.  So lifeguards, who do this daily will not have an effect on eyesight.  If you get a serious high exposure from for instance an industrial source, your lungs will more likely suffer than your eyes.

Sarcoidosis:  Would not anticipate that exposure to pepper spray or tear gas would have contributed to Sarcoidosis.

: Since you didn't develop symptoms like headache,dizziness or nausea, you should be fine. You we're lucky to limit exposure to less than 5 minutes though. Exposure from 5-10 minutes can lead to chronic long-term symptomatology.

Not likely: Carbon monoxide exposure that is asymptomatic  rarely impacts developing conceptions. However, if there was unconsciousness, headache or vomiting the reduced  blood oxygen concentration due to its' displacement  with carbon monoxide can be detrimental long term to fetal development.
