If you were: shivering due to fever,then your feeling faint,is likely due to dehydration.You need a few quarts of Gatoraid to resolve this.Send someone else to the store for it.Dont want to see you driving down the road With the fainting shivers.

Chills: Tremors alone are not a commonly recognized symptom of Covid-19, however if you have a high fever and chills, the chills can be pretty severe (rigors) just like when you get a severe flu.  Anytime there is high fever and chills there is usually shaking along with the chills. During an infection, the hypothalamus resets the body's core temperature setpoint to a higher degree, so you feel cold.

But it can be a sign of a complication like pneumonia. Take your temperature and contact your doctor, to check for pneumonia or other things that might need antibiotic treatment; or for an oseltamavir (Tamiflu) prescription if it's influenza.
