This can be from: cyclic hormone variation, could be normal, if continues, recurs, talk to your doctor.

Maybe.: Birth control pills can lead to deep vein thrombophlebitis, especially if you smoke.  If you have swelling with leg pain, see your doctor immediately, because dvt can lead to pulmonary embolism, a serious condition.

Neuritis: You probably have inflammation of your leg nerves. Check with a neurologist

Dysmennorhea: Painful menstruating is not uncommon and occurs in many woman.  I would take your Dr. to a Gynecologist who specializes in pediatric patients so she can get a full evaluation.  There are also some good medication that can be prescribed for her to relieve the pains.  Best wishes.

pain in pelvis during ovulation and during period.  sometimes severe other times none. u/s and scan fine. could it be related to my diverticulosis?

Probably not: If it hurts only during ovulation, it is not diverticulitis that hurts all the time.

Monitor: Since this nausea is new for you it may or may not be related to your menstrual cycle. You can monitor it and see if it resolves. If not then see your doctor for an evaluation of new onset nausea

Unusual: On the surface, the timing and type of pain does not make a lot of sense.  Start with a gynecologist, then maybe a urologist, but keep after it until you get some answers. Good luck.

Pelvic pain: There are too many causes of pain in the lower abdomen to be able to answer. If the pain continues schedule a visit for an exam, testing and possibly a sonogram. Birth control would likely regulate your cycle and may decrease menstrual pain as well.
