Maalox/Tums: These are good, Pepcid or Zantac (ranitidine) are also available and work fast.  If you are not improving or having worsening symptoms (pain, nausea, etc) you need to see a physician to determine if you need prescription medication or further testing

Prozac (fluoxetine) has: potential side effects of:   nausea, gas, bloating, diarrhea,dry mouth, constipation, dyspepsia &amp; upper GI bleeding. Increased gas could be associated with burping.

Stomach/ gallbladder: Could be related to hydration status or diet. Ulcers, gastroesophogeal reflux or gallstones/gallbladder problems can all act like this. Adding probiotics to diet May be beneficial, but a physical  by a Dr and obtaining  history of you/family would help. If stomach or gallbladder problems run in the family, it could be that. An ultrasound of the gallbladder and checking blood/ urine would help too.

Also, excessive production of gas by intestinal bacteria is a common cause of intermittent abdominal bloating and discomfort and often diet-related. Constipation, lactose intolerance, and irritable bowel syndrome also may cause.
