Not related: Semen on the abdomen would be unlikely to "fall" into the vagina.

Some periods are shorter or longer than others. If there is a big change in your periods - for example, if they are much longer or much heavier than usual- check with your doctor.

Always use condoms and an effective birth control method if you do not plan to get pregnant at this time.

That is their job and what they are designed to do. Can a girl get pregnant on her first day of her period? Nope. Not likely. Ovulation and fertility are at the opposite end of the cycle.

Fluid: It is possible for any fluid to run down from one area to another. If this is something that happened to then you would likely know if semen was present in the vagina. A towel can be used to clean semen off of the skin to prevent it from getting to the genitals. Soap and water can be used to clear the area.

If worried that something went into the right (the correct) hole, one can do a urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after the activity.
