Racemization: The racemic or combination form of Epinephrine makes the product more stable and has a longer shelf life. The d-form has less side effect than the natural r-form in terms of rapid heart rate and increase in bp. The d-form has a lower side effect as mentioned but has a more sustained effect. The side effect precludes frequent use so need sustained effect, and the combo is more stable.

Yes: Eribulin is a drug that works by interfering with proteins that form structures known as microtubules, vital for cell division and function. It is derived from sea sponges and it's currently used for patients with breast cancer.

No info on external: Graprfruit is not good to intake with many drugs - Luvox (fluvoxamine) is one that can be a problem. There is no study I've found with external use of grapefruit - but why take a risk? It would feel really foolish if something went bad, right? So don't mix them. It can't be that important. Take care!

Very low risk: The chance such a partner has HIV is very low, especially if "sea" means you're in the Seattle area. And when a guy has HIV, the woman's chance of infection from a single episode of unprotected vaginal sex is about 1 in a thousand. Little HIV risk, but probably high STD risk. Get checked for gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc -- and probably HIV just to be extra safe. Also, get into the condom habit!

i have epilepsy and have tried many toxic medications and really wanna give a vns, rns, dbs or surgery an option however the fda claims that you need to be drug resistant. is it possible for me to go over seas to get surgery? if so where could i?

What state: If you live in a state where marijuana is legal, I think that would be the safest option. It helps in so many cases of refractory epilepsy so that the patient often does not have to be on any anti-epileptic’s. Some patients with epilepsy actually move to states where marijuana is legal.

i'm 18 weeks pregnant. my doctor prescribed  mist pot cit and amoxicillin for my uti infection. are these medications safe in pregnancy.?

Yes: Sure. I give Amoxicillin for utis in pregnancy all the time.

Yes: If the only issue is alcohol, you should be ok.  It would be completely gone from your body after 2 weeks.  Note that some drugs, eg, marijuana, can be detected after much longer testing delays.
