i have a sprained pelvis. what should i do to fix this?

Needs exam : These are often small hernias or fluid collections that are found in the channel where the testis came down to enter the sac. Whether or not this would need treatment or possibly self correct over time would require an exam.

what does a bulging lump in my babys scrotum mean?

Could be a hernia: The lump may be due to a hernia. A hernia is due to a weaning in the muscles in the lower part of the abdomen, that cause the intestines to drop into the scrotum. In some cases, if it is present at birth, the bulge may be due to a "hydrocele", which is just a fluid collection in the scrotum that often resolves with time. It is best for your pediatrician to examine your baby to determine the cause.

if my newborns scrotum is all swollen and puffy, what does it mean?

Likely a hydrocele: About half of all newborn boys will have a condition called a communicating hydrocele. This means that there is an opening between the abdominal cavity and the scrotum. Fluid accumulates in the scrotum, causing painless swelling. This condition usually resolves on its own within one year. Any pain or redness could indicate a more serious condition. Either way, your baby's doctor should evaluate it.

Scrotum pimple: Treat just like pimple on face for 2 weeks (wash with soap and water, dry, apply antibiotic ointment twice daily) - if not resolved go in person to Urgent Care to be seen.

Itching: skin itches for many reasons including bacterial contamination , moisture, fungal infections, tight clothing, sweat,  contact dermatitis, etc.  Most genital areas itch when they get moist or hot.  It is normal to have itchy skin in this area.

Scrotal pain: Scrotal pains can be from many types of issues. This could be a testicular issue, a hernia or referred pain from nerve irritation somewhere in the abdomen. I would recommend seeing your primary care doctor who can do a physical exam and begin a work-up and treatment plan.
