Doubt it is weed: Lots to sort out here, but my highest suspicion goes to the "weed" you bought was laced with other compounds which are causing  you to have these reactions. In some studies,  over 70% of marijuana buys contained additional psychoactive compounds. They do this to increase the addictiveness of the marijuana so the buyer will be more likely to return again and again. Know your source of product!

Almost certainly: Aortic valve calcification and stenosis is common and treated by heart valve replacement with acceptable risk benefit.
Consultation with cardiothoracic surgeon.
May need coronary angio if not done yet.
Sometimes we have to do some bypass grafts at the same operation.

Odd: Not sure how a heart cath would cause scrotal bleeding but if it's on on-going problem, you need to go to the er and be seen. You've tried all the home remedies. It's not safe to stop Aspirin or Brilinta (ticagrelor) after a heart cath if you've had a stent placed.

Aortic stenosis: Restriction of opening of the aortic valve (valve between the heart and the circulation), due to deterioration of the valve over time, resulting in calcification and decreased opening.  Common in older populations.  Severe cases may require surgery to replace the aortic valve.

Yes: Most people are speaking about atherosclerosis, when talking about heart disease.  Calcification in the thoracic aorta is not necessarily atherosclerosis; however, atherosclerosis is often found upon further investigation.  Other risk factors that should be addressed include smoking cessation and blood pressure control.  Your primary physician can manage these and discuss further testing.

Ablation.: If we’re talking about ablation for atrial fibrillation, then the restoration of a normal heart rhythm would be expected to actually improve blood flow, and thereby the delivery of oxygen.  A reduction in respiratory effort from anesthesia could lead to atelectasis, but I wouldn’t think you’d be anesthetized long enough for an ablation to make this relevant.

Previous healing: It sounds like you probably had an earlier long infection and now the calcification and blunting of the cardiopulmonary angle a result of a previous lung infection. It sounds like you have healed. The rest of your health depends on the rest of your evaluation.
