Scrotum, testis pain: Scrotum or testicle pain means consultation with a doctor because a testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (torsion). When that happens, the testicle can die. Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump near a testicle), etc. Since one cannot tell for sure if his testicle is twisted, a doctor exam or ER exam is generally needed.

Scrotal Pain: This question that you keep asking sure sounds like an 'online' diagnosis. In twenty years in medicine working mostly with men I have one, never even heard of this injury and two, it most likely would have the same treatment: gentle care and time to let it heal.  

If you have significant pain or deformity of the scrotum then get to the er or to a urologist's office.
