Usually in head of epididymis , may be one, bilateral, or multiple.  Larger ones can be removed by a surgeon, especially if painful. Epididymal cysts usually not associated with infertility.

Pop it : first, don't pop anything you will only make it worse second, it might very likely be a small type of infection, keep clean, DRY, antibiotic ointment and time. If worse which would happen with 2-3 days you will need antibiotics and possible draining it by professional
