Scar: Scar tissue cannot be removed altogether, but it can sometimes be replaced with better, less noticeable scar tissue or can sometimes be hidden.

Hyaluronidase won't: Hyaluronidase won't help scars.  It helps dissolve hyaluronic acid which is present between collagen fibers but scars are made up of dense collagen bundles which are not affected by hyaluronidase.

Injections: With type 1 diabetes you should really be on an insulin pump so you won't need injections. Have your doctor set this up. There are several types and you can look them up on the web. The pumps are not overly cheap but all manufacturers and providers will make sure things will work out fine for you. About 10 or 15 years from now things will be even better!

Both: Injecting platelet rich plasma is supposed to amplify the response of the repair cells by supplying growth factors to the area of injection. It's a good theory, but evidence of other than short term changes is lacking.

See a hand surgeon: I would speak with a hand surgeon. If the fingers involved have already had surgery, I am not sure how effective the injections would be.

had a mucocele and salivary glands removed in lip. it's now swollen and asymmetric with scar tissue. it's bottom lip and annoying. steroid injection?

Lip scar tissue: A steroid injection might help, but usually a re-excision is the  way to go. It looks like you have had 2 procedures already, so i understand you might be reluctant . Get another opinion from another ENT or oral surgeon.

i've had 2 back surgeries- a microdiscectomy at l5/s1 & l4/l5. i've got scar tissue & am still in pain. i use tens, inversion, pt, neurontin, norco, cymbalta, and am trying injections. any new ideas/tx for me to try? i'm only 23 & i feel like i'm 80.

This injection is called lysis of adhesions or Adhesiolysis  with a medicine called "Hyaluronidase". This injection will break up the scar tissue that has entrapped the nerves in your back. It must be performed with physical therapy
