HMM,Glucose reading?: Re you referring to the Glucose (Sugar) reading?  Depending on your family history, weight, dietary habits, etc. you may be developing type 2 DM as 2 office visit with a fasting glucose reading over 126 can be diagnostic for Type 2 DM.  Decrease carbs and sweets and follow-up with your Dr. for another reading in the near future.

Are you drinking a: Frappuccino (frozen coffee beverage)? Do you have this problem when drinking other frozen beverages? Have you ingested the same product at closer to a room temperature and had similar problems?  If you have repeated experience of throat itching each time you drink this - would stop drinking it.  Don't know if it is the cold temp or the contents that is causing you to reacte this way.

Only if few calories: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (little/no salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Some soups are good, others have lots of calories. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

Xray if hurting: An xray will tell you if you have a fracture. If you have a fracture, you will know that you're in for a prolonged period of recovery (with pain). Appropriate analgesics can be prescribed once a diagnosis that justifies their use has been made.
