Ingrown hairs: If you have ingrown hairs try not to wax, shave or pluck hairs until healed.  This can often heal without treatment. Your physician can prescribe medication to clear dead skin cells  (retinoids). Steroids may be used for significant inflammation &amp; antibiotics may be considered if the area has become infected.

How many sessions: Right after a laser procedure you can get some ingrown hairs. Sometimes you need a topical antibiotic. Make sure to go see the dermatologist who did your laser. This is where you have to be careful where you get laser hair removal. A dermatologist will know how to fix it!

Folliculitis: Would see a doctor- for any need for antibiotic. Do not know about fusidic acid helping this. Can apply triple antibiotic ointment and warm compress while maintaining hygiene.

Good for scales: Salicylic acid softens keratin, so it smoothes rough skin and helps remove dandruff or scales on the scalp. It is almost the same molecule as aspirin. It is very safe. It does not cause hair loss. Do you have a scalp problem?
