Yes: He still probably has them hiding in his prostate.  This is the usual situation and he needs to be treated -- in fact, there's not really any reason to look for them, just treat him.

Maybe, maybe not: Two people in a monogamous relationship must both start out free of trichomonas. That means "the couple" is trichomonas-free. Then, each partner must stay monogamous in order for trichomonas to not enter the couple's relationship by way of a third party.

Masturbation: is NOT listed as a contraindication when taking medications for Trichomoniasis.

been with my fianc for two years ive never slept with anyone else. 2 months ago i started getting symptoms & i tested positive for trichomoniasis. he then went and got tested and was negative. he has not taken any antibiotics in years. im confused?

: You could have had it for a long time and just now it flared up.  Discuss with your Drs there.

Vaginal Discharge: There is normal vaginal discharge and then there is abnormal vaginal discharge. Abnormal vaginal discharge typically is not the normal day to day discharge. Typically, abnormal discharge has an odor and/or it is accompanied with symptoms. When one is aroused, normal vaginal discharge appears inside the vagina and around the clitoris. If you have more ques, visit your obgyn.

is it safe to have sex with a condom if i'm being treated for trichomoniasis?

Yes: If you are comfortable doing this it should not be an issue for your partner as long as the condom remains intact.  By the way, if you have not had unprotected sex you are going to have to explain how you got trichomonas, and if you had unprotected sex you should be carefully tested for all STDs.

trichomoniasis sti- can test come back false negative in guys? i tested positive for it but my fianc of 2 years came up negative. he is my only sexually partner for two years. how is that possible?

: Trichomonas is not always communicated to a male partner, but if your fiance', for example,  might have been treated with an antibiotic for urethritis in the past "two years", such treatment may have eliminated the trichomonas.

Yeast?: These symptoms are most typical of a yeast infection. However, if you're at possible risk for STD, it's a good idea to be tested for STDs, including trichomonas (in addition to gonorrhea and chlamydia).

i think i have chlamydia and/or trichomoniasis. is it safe to take two antibiotics, zithromaz and flagyl, at the same time and at what dosage each?

Test First: What if it is gonorrhea and not chlamydia? Please get the infections diagnosed before deciding on treatment.
