Ok: I could not resist answering this question so here is my two cents.  I am pretty certain there are no studies determining if having sex on monday is any safer than having sex on friday or saturday for that matter so have at in 7 days a week if need be.  If you happen to live in a war zone, i would probably avoid days with active sounds of gunfire.

Sexual intercourse.: Theoritically 1st week of a new cycle is considered infertile period but it is a bad idea to have unprotected sex . You could sill get pregnant depending on the viability of sperm which can remain alive for up to 72 hrs. it is always advised to use some form of protection to avoid unwanted pregnancy.

None: Pregnancy is known to have occurred from sex on any and all days of the cycle. If you do not want your partner to get pregnant use contraception all the time every time. 
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
Get HPV vaccine.

Probably not: But the only way to tell is with a pregnancy test.  If you do not wish to have babies now, then use contraception.  It is available everywhere.  Good luck.

Pre-ovulation: The lh surge  detection kits determine approximately 24 to 48 hours before ovulation. This is the time when intercourse should occur.

Maybe. Maybe not.: If already pregnant, that would mean the "period" was not a real menstrual period, because having a real menstrual period clears out the uterus... So having a real menstrual period means not pregnant at that time.

is in normal for men to get cuts/tears on his frenulum (banjo string) on his penis from sexual intercourse when not being careful how hard you hav sex?

Not uncommon: Tight frenulum can be painful and make sex less then pleasant. Can easily be taken care of by a minor surgical "frenulotomy" by a urologist unless you have torn it down to the base in which case you have performed the minor operation yourself. Good luck.
