Usually a dry nose: Dryness of the mucous membranes is a common side effect in pretty much every Accutane patient.  If yours is runny it could be due to other things and should maybe be evaluated.

No: Even if it were, that would  be the least of your worries when you are in tetany?  Nasal symptoms are also unrelated to getting tetanus vaccination.

Not usually: That would not be a common complaint with remeron (mirtazapine). If it coincides with initiation of the Remeron (mirtazapine) and persists please see your physician physician for evaluation.

: Nasal congestion is a possible side effect of ARB but each individual ARB has its own side effect, not do all ARBs have the same side effect. So the best way to find out is to ask your doctor for a different ARB as a trial.

You have to try: Which gives you less side effects as some tolerate one brand better than other ,  all 'statins' have identical side effects ; interactions  as their mode of action is identical if they are 'statins'.

With caution: Statins (I checked for atorvastatin and pravastatin specifically) "decrease levels of coenzyme 10 by an unspecified interaction mechanism". This is considered to be a "minor or non-significant interaction."

i used to take crestor (rosuvastatin) but was one of the few who had muscle pain as a side effect , my question is will all statin meds have side effect?

Not necessarily.: Some r combinations of meds, some r only 1 statin. Trial ; error. If u switch, report immediately any such symptoms. Also don't start until the aching clears.

Probiotics: You didn't give us any information on the side effect. Different probiotics help for different conditions. With the information that is available - I would say multi-strain, controlled release with a minimum of millions of colonies. Can give input on specific species.

Dry eyes runny nose: No fever?  Sounds like seasonal allergies.  An antihistamine may help. Symptomatic treatment like steam, hot tea and acetaminophen can be given.  Could also be a cold.
