Controversial.: Many patients report problems with how they interpret the blue lines.  So if you study how to interpret the blue lines you might get less 'false positives'.  Generally speaking pregnancy tests are really good in having very few false positives.  If it is an issue, get pink dye ones.

Do blood test: Not sure why you would do so many pregnancy tests. So now to resolve the confusion, request a blood pregnancy test.

Possibly : Any pregnancy test through urine can result in a false positive or negative result.  However, the vast majority of the time they are very accurate if done properly.

Instructions in kit: Please follow the instructions in the kit carefully. You may need to repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

No. That's positive: Any pickup in the positive area is positive. That said, you should have read it as directed. If the test was dried out and you left it there for some time before reading it, then that's not a valid test. I suggest you repeat it.

Patience...: One can wait 1 more week. A home urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon and thus lead to a repeat test. If test results are uncertain or contradicting, one can retest after 1 more week.
