Probably normal.: Could be normal anatomy in this area--especially if they are very tiny and don't change over time.  You should see your doctor to make sure it isn't anything like hpv warts, an infected or in-grown hair follicle or a clogged duct from a sweat gland.

Many variations...: It doesn't really mean anything.  There are many sizes and shapes.  its normal variation.  If the labia minora are extremely long, to the point that they interfere with intercourse, or prevent wearing a bathing suit, they can be surgically shortened.  Best wishes!

It's usually a : Hidradenoma , which is a benign sweling 'bump'  which comes up in the genital and axilayry area,this some  hormonal  affected.If it goes and comes with out becoming infected slow it subside without disturbing it.
