See dentist: Unfortunately there is not much you can do on your own except suffer.  I would suggest seeing a dentist before your condition gets worse and you need to go to the hospital to prevent the stoppage of breathing or a systemic infection.

No: If they are actually rotti.G they can be pulled without anestjesoa.  Partially rotten need surgery.

Perhaps...: I believe that  good oral hygeine and healthy gums  are important for your overall health.   It may decrease risk of heart attack or stroke.   It is also a reflection of how you care for the rest of the body.

Yes: Nicotine in tobacco chewing causes localized ischemic area due to constriction of blood vessel.  Precancerous soft tissue changes include leukoplakia, erythroplakia, acanthoma and carcinoma in situ.  Regarding gum disease, tobacco product causes root surface roughness and delay wound healing.  Tobacco product will aid in dry mouth and thus causes root caries leading to rotting teeth.

how will i feel after having rotten, broken off at the gum line, teeth removed? will i notice a difference right away or will it take time? i'm also worried my teeth are leaking into my bloodstream. what symptoms would i have if they are?

: Good questions! You may not notice a healthful improvement but is will be occuring it takes time. Every time you bite on infected gums and teeth you increase the risk of heart attack. Symptoms of impaired cardiac function or chest pain on exercising would be important clues that you are late to the task. Get you teeth repaired quickly and well. Best wishes

: Need to have these teeth extracted immediately. Long term spread of bacteria can lead to diabetes and possibly stroke. Also a sepsis  can develop which is life threatening. Have your teeth removed today.

YeS!: If not able to clean, wisdom teeth can get infected by oral bacteria (cavity).  This infection can spread into the salivary glands and glands below the tongue.  These glands can swell, causing difficulty swallowing.  Trying too hard to swallow can cause reflux symptoms.  Get those infected teeth out!  a dental problem can become a medical problem very quickly if they are not removed.
