Get examined!: At age 55 your most common cause for this pain would still be 'impingement' ( or bursitis). Labral tears causing this pain are less likely unless associated with the biceps 'anchor'( SLAP) lesions -- but less likely in isolation in your age group.Osteoarthritis can cause pain in this distribution . AC joint arthritis can also cause pain when rotating arm towards chest ( adduction). See an ORS! GL!

Causes of PE: PE and DVT are caused by either prolonged periods of not moving, injuries, or genetic clotting disorders. In the absence of any of these, why would you have a PE. also, typically there would be a leg clot. Is your leg swollen?  I agree the RTC tears don't typically cause back or chest pain but there are many other possible diagnoses, such as costochondritis, that would be more likely.

tear involving the supraspinatus tendon with out evadancie of a full thiknes of rotator cuff tear.  will it make me have  musel pain in the chest also?

Not typically: Chest pain is not a usual symptom associated with a rotator cuff injury.

Neck and shoulder: Could be from either. Start with neck mri or emg. If negative then manage shoulder tear with orthopedics surgery .

Depends: The answer depends upon where the tear occurred and it's severity; then there is always the referred pain component from the event...So i'll say yes.

To to ER: There could be a complecation like bleeding , infection, hematoma or abscess.

Busitis, biceps,: Popping in the shoulder area could be a result of bursitis, biceps pathology or a snapping scapula.  If it has been going on for 3 months, it is best to have a shoulder specialist take a look.

had a cat scan it said atelectasis of lung basis. i am having rotator cuff surgery in 9 days is atelectasis a problem?

No: Atelectasis is just the alveoli at the lung bases not inflating. Sometimes we see that in hospitalized patients who aren't breathing as well as they should post-operatively. We try to get patients to expand the lungs with using an incentive spirometer or coughing.
