Any discussion of surgery should be framed in terms of the potential benefits versus the risks and potential complications. : Natural gas intoxication is very obvious. If you have no symptoms, then you did not inhale enough of the gas to be toxic. Smart move opening the doors and windows to air out the house. Make sure this never happens again by making a stove check a part of your evening house lock up routine. It may save your life or someone else's. You might also want to invest in a gas detector to put in the kitchen

: If your question relates to ill effect of natural gas on human body, usually it is fire hazard. If it is not in closed area then the dilution will be there. By now stove must be turned off . If you do not have symptoms at this time it is unlikely that you will get any symptoms from this gas leak if any. Definitely be more attentive in future. Hope it helps.

while laying in bed i rotated and felt a pop in my back. have bad pack pain, as well as pain in the front of my thighs. had a microdisectomy 4 years ago. dont want to go to dr cause of covid but could this be a herniation or something more?

Disc v muscluar: Acute onset lower back pain is statistically much more likely to be a muscle strain than a disc herniation.  With pain in the back and thighs it is probably muscular but if symptoms travel further down the legs the likelihood of nerve impingement from a disc herniation would be higher and at that point you should see a doctor.  Either way use ice/heat/NSAIDs/Tylenol and monitor your symptoms.
