Unknown effects: Many herbs have "associations" with birth defects or miscarriages, which means that people taking them had those problems.  That doesn't necessarily mean that the herb caused them because some birth defects or miscarriages happen spontaneously.  However, general pregnancy recommendations are to avoid anything that might harm your baby until checking with your doctor, including herbs.

i recently had a miscarriage. my doctor wants me to continue prenatal pills. is it ok to drink tea that has antioxidants?

OK: Most of teas  on the market have antioxidants whether they advertise it or not.  Taking prenatal vitamns will give the extra iron to replace the blood iron loss throught the miscarriage.  The extra Folic Acid also may help with future pregnancy which may happer soon.

Unfortunately : Unfortunately for you, your doctor is right. It will take time for your hormones to normalize after your miscarriage. If you can not wait, you can consider starting birth control pills (bcp's). This will help stabilize your endometrium (lining of the uterus) and you should start having regular periods within the first 3 months of taking the bcp's.

No evidence: There is no evidence that rosemary tea helps anxiety. That doesn't mean it doesn't. But i wouldn't count on it.

Health Benefits: Herb tea is supposed to help with muscle pain and spasms&amp;upport circulatory&amp;Nervous System,improve memory&amp;stimulate hair growth according to University of Maryland Medical Center.It is also alleged to help digestive system functioning properly.Boost the immune system.Soothe rhe skin irritation,and others.It has been used for all these but really no scientific study has been done to substantiate it

See a neurologist: You can try the tea, but track whether it worsens or improves your headache by keeping a daily headache log (timing, severity, duration, frequency, characteristics).
