rlq pain/tenderness for 10 days now, it's bearable but annoying. sometimes moves to side of my body. tends to be worse when i have a full bladder. ?

Further evaluation: You should have imaging of your bladder and possibly your kidney done.  It could be an infection and/or a kidney stone causing these symptoms.

i ate dinner fast and afterwards had an uncomfortable feeling of hunger? i have had a bad diet recently along with gas,rlq pain/tenderness for 5 days?

Get examined: RLQ pain and tenderness could indicate appendicitis and I recommend that you be examined in the emergency room where appropriate examination and testing will be carried out right away if the examining physician feels it's advisable. Right ovarian pathology is another possibility.

Need an exam: There are numerous organs in your body that can cause right-lower-quadrant pain. True to consider ovarian cyst or appendicitis. However only an exam by a trained physician will help discover what condition is causing your pain. Please arrange an exam ASAP.  Good luck...

Some possibilities: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include:  appendicitis (usually has fever), gall stones, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc...  Most people with more than mild pain, need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not appendicitis, which would need surgery and/or antibiotics.

Some thoughts...: This may simply be myofascial pain (tenderness in muscles of unknown cause), but a more important condition should be ruled out: Giant Cell Arteritis.This is an auto-immune inflammatory condition affecting blood vessels (most commonly, branches of the external carotid artery). If not treated, it can lead to loss of vision. The workup includes a focused exam and history, labs, and possibly biopsy.

Gallstones?: That's where your gallbladder is.  Perhaps some people experience the pain of gallstones as a fullness or a feeling of a lump. You should see your doctor.

Any exercise: To be sore after exercise, especially if strenuous, is normal.
If there is no exercise associated with it and if there is stiffness and is more in the morning would see a doc to rule out a rheumatological disorder.

i recieved a tetanus booster 7 days ago and today i noticed increased pain/tenderness and swelling at the injection site.  is this normal?

Well...: This can be a normal reaction...
If it persist for a couple more days consult your Dr. and be examined.
