NO.: Dettol is for external use only. Do not use in the mouth. There are several mouth washes over the counter. The popular being Listerine. Bad breath is very common in the Gum Disease. Have your dentist check your gums. Bad breath can also happen due to sinus, throat ,upper respiratory infections, indigestion, or G-I tract problems. Routine physical &amp; dental check up advised. Keep immaculate Hygiene.
