It : It sounds like you might be describing a scar that was created from having the birth control implanted in her arm.  Hard to tell without a picture.  This is possibly a hypertrophic scar or keloid scar.  These are tough to improve but options would include silicone gel sheeting (otc), Retin-A cream, laser treatments, or injections of steroid into the area.  I hope that helps!

Options: Symptoms of ringworm include scaly, red patches of skin that itches and may blister.  It may be a red circle with a center of normal skin (which is why it looks like a ring). Topical medications for ring worm include:  lamisil, (terbinafine) mycelex, loprox, mentas & econazole.

Hives: These sound like hives. There are many reasons to have hives including allergies however some people get them when they heat it up because a substance called histamine is released under the skin that causes these rashes. If it continues you should be seen by a doctor.

Lamisil (terbinafine): Lamisil, (terbinafine) micatin or lotrimin cream will all work. If however if it involves the scalp oral medi action will be necessary. Some strains of fungi may be resistant to over the counter antifungals and require a prescription antifungal.

See your physician.: Spreading skin lesions can be effectively treated once the cause has been determined. Your physician may be able to diagnose your rash with just a quick visit. Waiting while these rashes spread may make your response to Rx slower.

Confirmed ?: If confirmed, recurrent ringworm (tinea corporis) reflects a recurrent exposure to a source. There are 3 basic sources;people, animals and the soil. If you have a furry animal a check with the vet may find it. The other two are harder to source. There are also things that may look like ringworm but are really something else.

but still itching is there but rashes were gone.

Itch: Itch and rash in that region may be caused by fungal or yeast infection,but also can be caused by friction and/or  moisture from tight clothing. If there is no further rash, wear white cotton underwear, avoid tight jeans or pants, apply cortisone type ointment for the itch. If no improvement, see a dermatologist.
