See your doctor: Those are symptoms that together raise a red flag that you need to be evaluated. Could be as simple as stress, dehydration, med reaction but could also be symptoms of migraine, perimenopausal hormone fluctuations or other more concerning issues. You need to be seen.

Need exam: The onset of new objects floating in you field of vision may indicate a retinal tear or detachment has taken place.  Both of these conditions are sight threatening eye emergencies.  You need an urgent comprehensive ophthalmologic examination.

Floaters: Could be caused by cellular debris floating in the vitreous gel of the eye. A dilated eye exam called indirect ophthalmoscopy should be performed by your ophthalmologist to make sure that there is not a treatable condition.

Low BP: When you stand up too quickly, the blood rushes from your brain causing dizziness and blurred vision.  Try to do this a little slower.

Sounds vasovagal: Which means sounds like your blood pressure suddenly bottomed out when you stood up.  Did you feel immediately better upon lying down on your back?  Did you get a headache as well?  Causes of vasovagal attacks could be dehydration, low blood sugar, low thyroid function, low adrenal function, dysautonomia (probably less likely in your case), heavy periods, medication side effects. Check with doctor

why do i have black spots in inner periphery when i tilt my head side-side? they disappear after a second. i can repeat the phenomenon in central vision if i look up/down/side-side really hard. similar to when you poke your eyeball. getting worse?

: What you have seen are probably floaters which are more common in people with nearsightedness (myopia). Floaters alone are usually benign, more serious if there is lightning or impaired peripheral vision. Because the condition seems worse it is prudent to have your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist.
