What caused it?: These fascicals are the prefered conduction path of the heart beat through the left ventrical, the main pumping chamber of the heart. A block in the fascical is generally caused by a blockage in a heart artery and often that blockage is more important than the fascical.  If more fascicals are blocked, you are at risk of needing a pacemaker. Primary cardiomyopathies can cause these problems too.

Conduction system pr: Part of the conduction system of the heart doesn't work.  If more fascicles are blocked, you are at risk of needing a pacemaker.  More important is the cause. Is there a blocked artery or weak heart muscle (aka cardiomyopathy?)  generally these won't be a problem as long as you know why you have it. You should see a doctor.

More info needed: one does not need a pacemaker for rbbb and lafb, therefore, you need to ask cardiologist what is the indication for a pacemaker and if the answer doesn't satisfy you- seek a second opinion and obtain copy of the 48 hr. holter  to bring to that appt.

See below: LAFB is a delay in cardiac conduction in the range of 20 milliseconds (+/- 10 ms) with a shift in the axis to the left. It causes no symptoms and is not dangerous. Most common causes are normal aging, high blood pressure, and coronary disease. "Cannot rule out inferior infarct" is a frequent finding that has meaning only if you are known to have blocked arteries. There is no room here 4 details.

what would you make of a patient who previously demonstrated left anterior fascicular block on an ecg, and on a later ecg presented with fractured qrs, right axis deviation, delta waves and j point? ecgs were recorded properly/no technician error?

: A delta wave is something seen in WPW syndrome which is very basically an electrical pathway in the conduction system of the heart that can cause an abnormally fast hear rate. There is no emergency but have the ECG evaluated by a cardiologist.

Ekg: These findings aren't serious.  I would watch for palpitations, chest pain, shortness of breath with exertion as more serious signs of heart problems.  see the doctor asap with any of those.  hope this helps.

: Good to have previous ECG. Is this the machine  reading. Were electrodes put in exactly the same place both times? Same machine used both times? Something has changed and best to ask Dr who knows you and is looking at the 2 together.   Suggest one of the arteries feeding the lower part of your heart are rusty and blocking/slowing blood flow to inferior muscle.
