Depends: Without knowing the age of the individual tested and the name of the test used it is hard to say. " autism tests" assess the presence or absence of certain skills and behaviors. These include language, social interaction,  sensory issues and sterotypical movements.  At younger ages autism spectrum disorders may appear similar to other neurodevelopmental disordeers.  Ask provider for clarification.

Yes: The test can always be negative but it can be positive.  You have to take the test to know.  If it is positive check with your doctor about your medications.

No: Typical doses of the commonly used antipsychotics, antidepressants, or benzodiazepines do not cause the disorder known as Autism nor the disorder called Asperger Syndrome. A variety of psychiatric symptoms (thoughts, behaviors, actions) are seen among many different psychiatric disorders, and the above medications will alter such symptoms in a variety of ways.

You can get an application on line. You can contact the social security office and get help from their staff on how to fill the appropriate forms.
